This home was designed to be simple, comfortable, luxurious, quality, and modern. Each piece was purchased and placed with a purpose. Our family loves this home and I believe that can be felt in this space. Many happy mornings have been spent sipping on warm coffee and tea while admiring the humming birds and the majestic South mountain. Many evening were filled with peace as we watch the mountains get painted with the sunset colors. This home is a true representation of our longing dream to live next to this Arizona mountain, and we love sharing it with you. The home and the neighborhood has a very modern feel, but it has warm touches with the wood accents, plushy throw blankets and warm lighting. We know you will find some much needed relaxation during your stay in the South Mountain Luxury Retreat.

A lot of time and effort was put into finding highly rated, quality mattresses that way everyone can feel comfortable. As a luxury addition, we bought genuine goose down duvet inserts for plushy comfort and warmth. Every room has two wireless phone chargers, and a sound machine for those who like to fall asleep to relaxing rainforest, storm, waterfall, or lullaby music. We made sure to provide all utensils, pots, and pans to ensure you are equipped with all you need to make this your temporary home. We also provide the following: Ninja blender, kitchen Aid standing mixer, food scale, food temperature probe, charcuterie boards and cheese board utensils, electric wine opener, wine glasses, electric water kettle, coffee maker, toaster, air fryer, sharpened knife set, 4 ThermoFlasks for hikes, 16 large plates, 16 small plates, 16 bowls, 16 coffee mugs, and plenty of chopsticks. Guest Access
You will have access to two covered parking spaces in the garage and two parking spaces in the drive way. Per the HOA rules, we cannot have any vehicles parked on the side of the road. During your stay, you will be allowed access to the heated pool, hot tub, gym, beach volleyball courts, playground, pool ping pong table, and neighborhood gas fire pits. Please note that these spaces are all shared with our neighbors. We ask that all of our tenants treat these amenities, and neighbors with respect. We provide our guests with a volleyball and a pink pong playing set for the amenity sports.
